2. Services
Stronghold Nets provides safety net installation services including balcony nets, bird protection, construction safety nets, invisible grills and related products. All quotations are subject to on-site inspection and material availability.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during installation. Any change in scope will be communicated and approved before work continues.
4. Payment Terms
An advance is typically required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion. Specific payment terms are confirmed in your individual quotation.
5. Warranty
Our materials carry a manufacturer-backed warranty of up to 5 years and our workmanship is warranted for 1 year from date of installation, subject to normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, fire or acts of nature.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stronghold Nets shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, and text — is the property of Stronghold Nets and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
