Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Site Visits & Quotations
On-site inspections and written quotations are provided free of charge across Bengaluru and Karnataka. No advance is collected before the customer approves the final quotation in writing or on WhatsApp.
2. Cancellation Before Installation
You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time before our team arrives at site. If an advance has been collected, 100% of the advance is refunded within 7 working days to the original payment source, less any actual material-cutting cost already incurred for custom orders.
3. Cancellation After Installation Begins
Once material has been cut to size or installation work has started at site, the order cannot be cancelled. The full quoted amount becomes payable on completion.
4. Rescheduling
Installations may be rescheduled free of cost up to 24 hours before the agreed slot. Same-day rescheduling is accommodated where possible but a small visit charge may apply if the team has already travelled to the site.
5. Workmanship Issues
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the installation, contact us within 7 days. Our team will revisit and rectify the issue free of charge under our 1-year workmanship warranty. Material defects are covered under the manufacturer warranty (up to 5 years depending on product).
6. Refund Mode & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer or card). Cash refunds are issued in person against a signed receipt.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Custom-cut nets, custom-fabricated invisible grills and cloth hanger units that have already been installed are non-refundable. Damage caused by misuse, modification, fire, pests or acts of nature is not covered.
